If you shop at PlumGoose.com, you must agree to the following terms. While nothing on this page is unusual for an online store like ours, we still recommend that you read it carefully.


We do our best to get your purchases to you as soon as possible. The shipping times we provide are subject to availability. If you’ve ordered a product that’s out of stock, we’ll notify you with a new shipping estimate. If you decide you can’t wait, you can cancel all or part of your order. If you want to find out if an item is available before you order, contact our customer service department at help@plumgoose.com.

We offer Free Shipping on most of our products. Free Shipping only applies to U.S. addresses in the 48 contiguous states. All Free Shipping specials are sent via Standard Shipping or Curbside Delivery. Products are not brought inside your home. We cannot deliver to a Post Office box.

Some oversize or delicate products require special packaging and handling to arrive safely at your home. There may be an additional “delivery surcharge” for these items. We’re sorry for this charge, but we want you to receive your purchases exactly how you saw them when ordering.

We do offer premium white glove shipping for an additional charge. This service includes having the item brought into your home and set up in your room. The white glove charge is on top of any other shipping charges.

Large furniture and other bulky items are often shipped using a freight carrier. Many items that are shipped freight will have an additional shipping charge of $125 on top of any standard shipping charges, if any. You can easily tell which items are freight items on the product page and product listing page by the small freight truck icon.


We use the US Postal Service, FED EX or UPS to deliver most products to your home. We ship larger products with a freight carrier and only within the contiguous 48 states. These companies will call in advance to arrange delivery, usually on a given day within a 4-hour window. Make sure you’re home to accept delivery. If a scheduled freight delivery is missed additional fee may apply.

Freight delivery does not include any furniture assembly, if applicable. The carrier drops off your order in your driveway, where you can unpack it and move it into your house. We offer Premium White Glove Delivery for an extra fee, for which the freight company will unpack your order and move it into your house to the desired room — up no more than two flights of stairs. They’ll even remove all the packing materials.

While we’re careful when packing and handling your order, damages can sometimes happen between the warehouse and your front door. We urge you to inspect your entire order, especially furniture, before you sign for a delivery. If you notice any defects or damage, do not sign for the delivery. Instead, contact us while the freight company is still there. If you can’t reach us, simply refuse the delivery or write the damages on the bill of lading before signing. This constitutes proof of the damage.

Returns & Replacements
We want you to love every product you purchase; however, we understand that sometimes the product turns out to be the wrong shade or the wrong size. So we allow returns on some items. Read all about our Returns and Exchanges process.
Custom Items and Product Variations

We carry many items that can be customized or personalized. Since these pieces are made custom just for you, there are no returns on custom items. Please note that we offer several fabric and finish swatches to help make your buying experience an easy one.

Color/Finish Note: Because every computer monitor displays color differently, we cannot be responsible for variations between the actual product color and how it is displayed on your screen. All of the product descriptions, including colors, finishes, shades, and other features are provided by the manufacturer; Plum Goose Home assumes no liability whatsoever for the description, for a variance, including in colors, textures, and finishes. Items that have natural finishes will also vary from product to product and no two will be the same. These variations should be expected.


Plum Goose Home upholds the warranties provided by the manufacturers for each product. The details and time of these warranties are different for every manufacturer. We encourage you to call with any questions you may have.

At Plum Goose Home we make every effort to ensure that all products are displayed and priced accurately, however, sometimes there are mistakes in pricing, images, dimensions, or descriptions. Plum Goose Home reserves the right to correct any improperly priced or improperly displayed item at any time. In the event an improperly priced or displayed item is discovered after your credit card is processed, Plum Goose Home will promptly cancel the sale and refund your money via the same method used to purchase the item.


Placing an order with us is as easy as shopping at a brick-and-mortar store. The pros include not leaving your home, staying in your pajamas and sipping your favorite tea or soft drink while shopping. The cons? Well, you have to click your mouse a lot more.

Browse our website by category or by brand. You can even set a price range while shopping, so we’ll only show you those products that fall within your price range. When you find something you like, click on it to go to its product page to get a closer look at the product, its dimensions and other details.

When you’re ready to buy, click Add to Cart. From there, you can check out or continue shopping. You can keep items in your Cart indefinitely. You also can add a product to your Wishlist or Compare several items at once. In your Cart — accessible through a link at the top of every page — you can see all the products you’ve ordered. You can change the quantity or remove an item from the Cart. Your total, with any shipping charges and taxes, is reflected here before the final checkout. Fill in your billing information, select payment method, and then click Place Order. Your will receive an order confirmation via email within 24 hours. Sometimes that email may pop into your spam or junk folder so please check there if you don't receive it. If you need to cancel an order you must contact us with your order number and we will issue you a credit. Cancellation must be made within 48 hours of placing your order. If your product has already shipped from the manufacturer we can no longer cancel the order.


Exclusions apply to all sales and coupon codes. The following manufacturers are excluded from any promotions, sales, or coupon codes: Arteriors, Bungalow 5, CFC, Currey and Company, Four Hands, Four Seasons Furniture, Made Goods, Noir, Nuevo, Pergamino, certain Plum Goose Home and Robert Abbey. Coupons can not be combined with other special offers or existing coupons.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Everyone has different needs, and we try to respect that. Therefore, we accept different forms of payment. You can pay with your debit card, a credit card (American Express, MasterCard or VISA) or online through PayPal. Choose whichever option suits your needs.

All our prices are discounted from the full retail price, however, we reserve the right to change our prices at any time. We can offer this discount because, as an online store, we don’t have to maintain a storefront. We pass those cost savings on to you. We occasionally offer promotions and deeper discounts. If you have a history with us, we’ll know your preferences and may offer sales on products that specifically interest you. The more time you spend with us, the more we get to know you!

Although our prices are discounted from the full retail price, we also respect our vendors' online pricing policies. Some of our vendors have restrictions on quoting via email, online chat, or posting prices on our website. If you shop with us in our stores or call you will be guaranteed the lowest prices we can offer on all of our brands.

Updating Account Information
At PlumGoose.com, you can set up an online account either on your own or when you place an order. You can update your stored information at any time. Simply log in from any page on our website to access your account. You can change your shipping address, billing address and credit card information.
